What is FabaFusion?
FabaFusion is a new ingredient based on whole faba beans.
We use controlled fermentation with carefully selected micro-organims to transform the whole bean into a versatile ingredient with functional properties across multiple food applications.
Rather than relying on isolate stacking and long ingredient lists, FabaFusion is a single and clean label ingredient that combines flavour and texture.
Our proprietary process is designed to minimise waste streams and makes use of regionally grown crops, fitting well within a circular and sustainable food economy.
